We Wanna Know: What's the most memorable game of TRUTH OR DARE you've ever played? (Giveaway)

Hello friends,
Are you guys just as excited as we are about Jacqueline Green's debut novel TRUTH OR DARE?
When a simple round of truth or dare spins out of control, three girls find it’s no longer a party game. It’s do or die.

It all started on a whim: the game was a way for Tenley Reed to reclaim her popularity, a chance for perfect Caitlin “Angel” Thomas to prove she’s more than her Harvard application. Loner Sydney Morgan wasn’t even there; she was hiding behind her camera like usual. But when all three start receiving mysterious dares long after the party has ended, they’re forced to play along—or risk exposing their darkest secrets.

How far will Tenley, Caitlin and Sydney go to keep the truth from surfacing? And who’s behind this twisted game?

Set against the backdrop of Echo Bay, an isolated beach town haunted by misfortune, Truth or Dare is a highly charged debut that will keep readers in suspense from beginning to end.

I've been challenged by LBYR (the publisher) to share the most memorable game of truth or dare I've ever played. Well, I gotta tell you, I've played a lot of truth or dare games in my 26 years and many are quite memorable but I'll tell one that involves fermented soy beans...
My friends and I were eating at Genki Sushi one evening. Soon, we began a truth or dare game (mostly dares) of eating sushi we don't usually order. I can eat raw fish no problem and actually love sushi with any kind of raw fish but I've always avoided nattō sushi.

If you don't know what nattō is, it is fermented soy beans. It is stinky, slimy and after eating it, I found out bitter and leaves a gross after taste in your mouth. Yup, I was dared to eat a nattō. It's an acquired taste and I don't think I'll ever acquire a taste for it.
Now, it's your turn to share your most memorable game of truth or dare or the most memorable dare you've done. Please share in the comments and earn 10 entry points (see Rafflecopter) to win a copy of TRUTH OR DARE by Jacqueline Green!

  1. I don't really have a memorable experience. I never dared because I was a wimp. :)

  2. Ok, it's going to sound really lame, but I really only played TOD when I was in elementary school, and you know how 8 year olds think. It was during childcare at a church event, and I got dared to run around the room three times yelling "I love Barney!" As an 8 year old, I was terrified, but I did it (though they were reluctant to accept it saying I didn't say it loud enough). To this day, I remember that and shudder. So there you go, one of the moments from my childhood that scarred me for life.

  4. I remember playing it all the time when I was younger, but nothing sticks out. I can remember girls mooning cars and things like that. Lol- I wonder what I would think now if I saw that???

  5. I tried natto when I was in Japan. I didn't hate it but it also isn't something I'd volunteer to eat. My husband really hates it.

  6. I don't have any really good truth or dare memories, mainly because I was a wimp and always picked truth. Thanks for the giveaway - I can't wait to read this one!! :)
