2011 In Review: Books Read, Favorites and Challenges

I started 2011 with a goal of reading 50 (full-length) books but when Goodreads informed me that I am 7 books ahead in early fall of my goal I knew I can read more so I increased my goal to 85. I did complete my goal and I'm pretty darn proud of myself. This is the first time I've read this many books in a year.

We read a lot of good books in 2011 but some books stood out to us more than others. The books we highlighted, we all highly recommend--if you didn't get a chance to read them in 2011, you should all check them out in 2012.
